[edit] The Timebombs

Officially formed in late 2003 but grew out of New Revolution which was a band the had Jon on Guitar, Joey on Drums, Manolo on Bass and Lead Vox. At this point no one in the band could even play, they just had the instruments. Before their first show Joey said he couldn't do it so Jon's lil brother Chris came in and was going to fill in for him. Unfortunately the show was canceled and Chris replaced Joey permanently since it was argued Chris was already better than Joey. Three months after this Manolo left the band after doing no shows and joined carbomber 940 and then undefined. For the next couple of months Jon and Chris got better at their instruments when they got the attention of Oscar who happened to be walking by. Oscar then joined the now unnamed band as the bass player. In October they were offered a show in Downey with Manolo's new band and they were gonna play under the name No Way Out but had to change it when Manolo informed them that he knew other bands with that name and suggested The Timebombs, the show went pretty bad but they kept the name. a couple months later they were offered a show with Oscar's friends band The Bonzos(who had recently recorded a cheap demo at Jon and Chris's house), needless to say the show was bad again but better then their first. After this show they decided to change their lineup and move Chris from drums to bass because he said he was tired of playing drums and so Oscar moved to guitar, Jon stayed the same, and for the drums they brought in Joey who still had not gotten that good at drums. At Joey's debut they played in a house and the day of had been practicing the whole day. By the time of the show Joey still had not learned the songs and so the show was bad again and happened to be Oscar's last show. Their next show was a couple months later in Danica's backyard with The Bonzos and Broken Institute, the show was another disaster. After this they knew something had to change and at one practice in which Chris played guitar and Jon just sang they made up Strife and liked it a lot more than all their other songs and decided to try the formula again and made up Fake and then No Friend of Mine, they decided this worked a lot better than what they were doing before and so kept the lineup, kept the songs, and got rid of their bad songs. (not finished)

[edit] A

Anal Masturbation
a usual crowd favorite that was never considered a real song by the band because there are no real lyrics to
the song or any set way to play it. Jon got the idea for the title from reading a sex book he borrowed from a friend and saw
it as a topic of hilarity and so the idea was put to a guitar riff that Jon didn't really like.
Andrew
Strong supporter of the Timebombs and a member of TBA who was rumored to have moved to Wisconsin.

[edit] B

Ben Maat

He played bass at one point which was right before Sergio and was thought to be the original guitarist of the band. His current band role is back-up vocals on both the Society's to Blame/Doc Brown EP. He along with Jon runs Nilbog Records.

Henry Ford Is God
Relatively new song by the Timebombs, and the first time the whole band played the song it was at the showcase and recorded for the Live at Showcase demo. The lyrics stemmed from the book Brave New World but has little to do with the book because Jon never read the book and only got the idea for the song when his teacher talked about it briefly, he then passed the idea to Chris as a new song who liked the idea. Lyrics were by Jon and Music by Chris, Joey, and Jon.

SINATRA
Jammed out with the timebombs but licked dick...who knows where nick is?! most likely a woman for sure

TBA
Cannot be revealed
The End
One of the Timebombs older songs that is still played and usually played at the end of a set. This is also the closest song to having another person(Sinatra) have a hand in making the music other than Jon, Chris, or Joey. The lyrics to the song also suck and Jon claims wrote it during a writer's block. Lyrics were by Jon and music by Chris and Joey.
Trash It Now
Popular Song by the band, lyrics by Jon and Music by Chris and Joey.
